What Is the Global Wellness Challenge?

The Global Wellness Challenge is a companywide, team based activity challenge taking place from May 4 – May 29, 2026. The Challenge encourages you to build healthy habits while celebrating the diversity of our global workforce. Employees form their own teams, track their daily steps, and work together to reach a shared goal.

This year’s theme, Celebrations Around the World, honors the diverse cultures that define our organization. Think of every step as a ticket to a new destination. As you and your teammates track your daily activity, you’ll virtually travel the globe— unlocking hidden cultural gems and festive celebrations from Brazil to Japan!

How Does It Work?

The Global Wellness Challenge is a team based activity challenge in which employees participate in teams of five and work together toward a shared daily step goal. Each team aims to log 35,000 steps per day or 7,000 steps per person, per day using the Personify Health platform. Every step contributes to the team’s total—so whether you walk, run, or move in your own way, your activity helps your team reach the goal.

Registering for the Challenge

Registration for the Global Wellness Challenge opens on April 21, 2026. To get started, visit the Personify Health Website then follow the steps below.

Already Registered for Personify Health?

• Select “Already a member? Sign In”.
• You will sign in using the email address you chose when you first registered. Note that this may be your DuPont email address if you registered prior to Qnity’s effective date.
• Once you’re signed in, select the promotion on the homepage to sign up for the challenge.

Registering for the First Time?

• Select your enrollment group – either U.S. Employees or International Employees.
• Enter all required information including the passphrase wellnessbenefits.
• Create your username and password—and that’s it!
• Once you’re signed in, select the promotion on the homepage to sign up for the challenge.

Qnity does not receive access to employees’ individual health data, and your participation is entirely voluntary.
