About Telemedicine
Telemedicine services from Teladoc Health are available as part of your Qnity medical benefits. Telemedicine is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can save you a trip to the doctor’s office when it’s not convenient for you to leave work, your doctor isn’t available on your schedule, or you have non-emergency health concerns after office hours.
With telemedicine, you’ll see a provider by phone or video, and they can help diagnose your symptoms and prescribe medication (sent to your local pharmacy). Here are a few examples of conditions that telemedicine can help with:
- Sinus, respiratory, and urinary tract infections
- Common colds and the flu
- Sore throats and ear infections
- Allergies and rashes
- Nausea and vomiting
You can also use telemedicine services from Teladoc Health to meet virtually with board-certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, and therapists for a variety of mental health concerns.
